Where?
The 2025 Pride 5k is virtual. Having a virtual race allows our community to run, walk or complete 5k however they can, wherever they are on October 11. We LOVE when everyone shares their race day pictures with us on social media - it offers incredible representation and shows just how amazing our community is. Stay tuned for information about a group run in NYC!
How to sign up?
Purchase a Pride 5k race t-shirt on this website to sign up! As we've done in the past, we will ship race t-shirts, bibs and stickers to participants before race day.
Who are we fundraising for?
The 2025 Pride 5k is fundraising for Point of Pride. Point of Pride is a nonprofit organization that provides financial aid and direct support to trans folks in need of health and wellness care. Their mission is to provide access to gender-affirming resources such as chest binders, breast forms, and other essential items to those who may not have the means to acquire them. Point of Pride also has an Annual Trans Surgery Fund, an HRT Access Fund, and and Electrolysis Support Fund that provides financial assistance to trans folk who otherwise could not afford it.
Besides simply donating money to Point of Pride, our goal is to make sure that every transgender person knows that there is an entire community of runners who love and support them and believe they belong everywhere they decide to be.
